		<description>Senior citizens? I wouldn&#039;t use that term for anyone under 70, personally and certainly not for anyone still in the professional world. The early-50-somethings I work with are really the movers in using social media to achieve professional goals for organizations, and since they&#039;re most likely to be C-level executives the fact that they are interested and engaged means more jobs in social media for the under-45ish set. :)

Conferences tend to be a mix of knowledge sharing and networking opportunities. Given the number of presentations I&#039;ve sat through in the past year where I&#039;ve realized belatedly I should have been giving the presentation, at least in this one I had a chance to engage presenters with (I hope) thought-provoking questions. Certainly the dialog that seems to spin out of these events is wonderful, and I hope we can continue.</description>
